Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of anderion.ai (the “website”), operated by Anderion LLC (“Anderion,” “we,” “us”), a company based in Cleveland, Ohio. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you use the website on behalf of a company or other organization, you agree to them for that organization and confirm that you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the website.
An informational website
The website provides general information about Anderion and Anderion Ops Intelligence, an operational intelligence platform we are developing for manufacturers, and lets you request a pilot conversation. Nothing on the website is an offer to provide products or services, a contract, or professional, engineering, safety, legal, financial or investment advice.
Product status and demonstration data
Anderion Ops Intelligence is in development. Product images on the website show a prototype running with demonstration data from a simulated plant. They are not results from a real facility or customer.
Descriptions of capabilities, including integrations with hardware, sensors and other systems that remain in development, describe what the platform is designed or intended to do. They are not commitments that any feature will be delivered or available, or that it will perform in any particular way or on any timeline. Illustrative scenarios are examples, not measured results.
Pilot requests
Submitting a pilot request starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, partnership or other relationship, and it does not guarantee a response, acceptance into a pilot or any particular terms. Any pilot would be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Please do not include confidential or proprietary information in the form. Submitting information through the website does not create a confidentiality obligation; any confidentiality terms would be set out in a separate written agreement.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue the website, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We do not promise that the website, the pilot request form or any content will be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, graphics, product images, page designs, logos and the names Anderion and Anderion Ops Intelligence, are owned by Anderion LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own informational purposes, such as evaluating whether to work with Anderion. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from the website or its content without our prior written permission. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Anderion’s names, logos or other brand features.
If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback about Anderion or the website, you agree that we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
Acceptable use
When using the website, you agree not to:
- violate any law or regulation, or the rights of others;
- submit false or misleading information, or impersonate any person or organization;
- send spam, malware or other harmful code, or submit requests by automated means;
- interfere with, disrupt or attempt to bypass the website’s security features, including its spam protection, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the website or collect its content, other than search engines that follow the website’s indexing instructions; or
- use the website or its content to build a competing product or service.
Third-party services and links
The website relies on third-party services, such as Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, and links to third-party websites, such as our service providers’ privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites or services; your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anderion disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and accuracy.
Information on the website may be incomplete or out of date and should not be relied on for operational, safety, financial or investment decisions. Nothing on the website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anderion and its members, managers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to the website or these Terms, even if we have been told such damages are possible. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. If you continue to use the website after an update, you accept the updated Terms.
