Who we are and what this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Anderion LLC (“Anderion,” “we,” “us”), an early-stage company based in Cleveland, Ohio, handles information collected through this website, anderion.ai, including the manufacturing pilot request form.
It does not cover third-party websites or services that we link to, which have their own policies, or information exchanged under a separate written agreement with Anderion.
Information you provide
When you submit the pilot request form, we collect:
- your full name and, if you provide it, your job title;
- your company name and facility location;
- your work email address and, if you provide it, your phone number;
- if you select it, the approximate number of employees at the facility;
- a description of the operational problem you would like to investigate; and
- if you provide it, information about the equipment or software systems you use.
The form asks you not to include confidential production, employee or financial information. Please describe your situation in general terms.
If you email us directly, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any attachments.
Information collected automatically
Hosting and request data. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical information about requests to this website so that it can deliver pages and keep the service secure and reliable. This includes your IP address, browser and device information (such as the browser’s user-agent), the pages and files requested, and the date and time of each request. Vercel may derive an approximate location, such as a city or country, from the IP address.
Spam and bot protection. The pilot request form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. When the homepage loads, Turnstile runs a check in your browser to help distinguish people from automated traffic, whether or not you go on to submit the form. To do this, Cloudflare processes signals such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, and the website on which the check is shown. When you submit the form, our server sends the resulting Turnstile token, together with your IP address, to Cloudflare to confirm the check. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not access, store or transmit form entries or other page inputs.
Abuse limits. To limit repeated or automated submissions, our server keeps a short-lived record of recent submission attempts by IP address, and a one-way fingerprint (a cryptographic hash) of recently delivered requests so that the same request is not emailed twice. These records exist only in the temporary memory of the server handling the request, are used for no more than 30 minutes, and are never written to a database.
Operational logs. The code that handles form submissions records operational events, such as whether a submission was delivered or rejected. It does not record the contents of your submission.
Cookies and similar technologies
What Anderion uses. We do not use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, advertising or tracking, and we do not use advertising pixels or session-recording tools. The code that Anderion runs on this website does not set cookies or store information in your browser.
What our service providers may use. Services that deliver and protect this website may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies that they control, for example:
- Cloudflare Turnstile runs its security check inside a frame served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare’s documentation notes that Turnstile may rely on cookies or local storage within that frame in order to work (see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum).
- Vercel, which hosts this website, may use cookies or similar technologies to secure and operate its service, for example if its systems ask a browser to complete a security check.
These technologies are set and controlled by the providers under their own policies. Anderion does not use them to identify or track you.
Because Anderion does not track visitors over time or across other websites, this website does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- review your pilot request and assess whether and how a pilot might be a good fit;
- contact you about your request by email, or by phone if you provide a number;
- keep a record of our correspondence with you;
- protect this website and the form against spam, abuse and security threats; and
- operate the website, keep it working properly and fix problems.
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or add you to marketing email lists.
How information is shared
We share information only with the service providers that run this website and our email, and only as needed for the purposes above:
- Vercel hosts this website and runs the code that processes form submissions (Vercel Privacy Notice).
- Cloudflare provides Turnstile spam and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum).
- Resend delivers each form submission to our inbox as an email containing the information you entered. Resend keeps records of the messages it sends, which can include message content and delivery details, under its own retention practices (Resend Privacy Policy).
- Google provides our business email through Google Workspace, where we receive and keep pilot requests and related correspondence.
These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.
We may also disclose information if we believe in good faith that the law or legal process requires it, to protect the rights, property or safety of Anderion or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business.
How long we keep information
We do not keep form submissions in a website database. Each submission exists as an email in our Google Workspace account and in the delivery records that Resend keeps.
We keep pilot requests and related correspondence for as long as we need them to evaluate and respond to your request, continue any resulting conversation and maintain ordinary business records, and we delete them when they are no longer needed for those purposes. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Hosting records, Turnstile signals and email delivery records are kept by Vercel, Cloudflare and Resend for periods set by their own policies and our account settings.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, keeping service credentials on our server rather than in your browser, validating and size-limiting form submissions, spam protection, and limiting access to our inbox to authorized Anderion personnel. No website, email system or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Submitting the pilot request form is voluntary. You can also contact us by email instead.
You can ask us what information we hold about you from this website, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing pilots@anderion.ai with “Privacy” in the subject line. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you additional rights.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for business professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Where information is processed
Anderion is located in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries where they or their subcontractors operate, and data-protection laws there may differ from those where you live.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
